Preparation: Steep one teaspoons of Energy Elixir tea in 250ml hot (not boiling) water for 10 minutes. Optional: Sweeten with honey to taste. Also delicious as an iced tea. Simply add cold water and ice or sparkling water to drink as a spritzer.
Ingredients: Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica), Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Sweet Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis). 100 grams. Store in an airtight container out of direct light and in a cool, dry place.
